SYNTHESIS-SYNLETT-Lectures at Queen’s University in Kingston

Tomas Hudlicky and Costa Metallinos from Brock University will give two talks on March 6, sponsored by Thieme Chemistry.

Researchers and students are invited to join the SYNTHESIS-SYNLETT-Lectures at Queen’s University in Kingston, Canada.
On March 6, 2015, Prof. Tomas Hudlicky and Prof. Costa Metallinos from Brock University will present their latest research results.
The SYNTHESIS-SYNLETT-Lectures will be hosted by Queen’s professors P. Andrew Evans and Victor Snieckus.

Tomas Hudlicky will give a talk about “Recent progress in chemoenzymatic synthesis of natural and unnatural products: Amaryllidaceae and morphine alkaloids, opiate-derived pharmaceutical agents, and other targets of interest”. Costa Metallinos will speak about “Unusual N-Heterocycles in Chiral Reagent Design”.
