SYNFORM presents an interview with Organic Materials Associate Board member Ognjen S. Miljanic (University of Houston, USA). Ognjen Miljanic graduated in chemistry from the University of Belgrade (Yugoslavia) in 2000. In the same year, he moved to the University of California, Berkeley (USA) to pursue his PhD. In 2005, we started postdoctoral work at the University of California, Los Angeles (USA) before starting his independent career in 2008 at the University of Houston (USA). Ognjen’s research interests are in the field of porous molecular crystals, dynamic combinatorial chemistry, and macrocyclic chemistry. After serving on the Advisory Board of Organic Materials since the journal’s launch, he was appointed to the Associate Board of the journal in January 2023.
